From Bordeaux follow the signs to Archachon then get off the motorway to go to Mios. When you get to Mios take a right and then go left at the traffic lights towards Sanguinet (D 128).
At Sanguinet go straight on until the "Place de la Marie et Office de tourism" where you need to follow the signs for "le lac" to the right for about 1,8km. Follow the lake and go past the entrance to the camp site "Les Grands Pins" and then 200m on the right you will see our cabin on the opposite side of the road to the campsite "Campéole le lac".
From Parentis follow the road straight on in the direction of Sanguinet. From Biscarosse, take the D218 to Sanguinet until the Ecomarché roundabout where you need to take a left turn in the direction of "Le Stade".
Carry on passed "Le Stade" until you get to the lake and then take a left turn.
Follow the lake around and carry on 200m past the campsite "Les Grands Pins" and then take a right turn at our cabin opposite the campsite "Campéole le lac".

The "Lac de Sanguinet" (or the "Lac de Cazaux" or the "Lac nord de Biscarosse") linked to the "Lac de Parentis" by a lock is about 5800 ha in size between the ocean and the "Pins des Landes".
The fresh water and thermal winds give ideal conditions for water sports.
The lake lies to the south of the Arcachon basin 70 km from Bordeaux from where you can get great views of the famous Pyla sand dunes.
